Semester 1 Reflection
The quality of my work in semester one was not exactly the best I could have done. I did try my best on a lot of the though. almost all of my images were taken on my phone so the quality is pretty good, but not as much as an actual camera. Some were a small bit blurry but still good enough. I did pay attention to the objective of the assignment, but I didn't take it further. Thats something I want to fix in this new semester. I did struggle sometimes with index prints with some assignments because some of the assignments were difficult to get many pictures for. I also had a small bit of trouble turning things in because some assignments took me a bit longer than others but I still turned just about all of them in.
I wish I had put more effort into my shots. I did try to find the most convenient place for pictures as well. I also gave up on shots that were too difficult. I've even given up on a project or two because it was too difficult. Thats also something I want to change this semester. I do accept my classmates feed back and ask for help though and I try to support others as well. I'm not so positive when looking at my work sometimes but I hope I can be this semester.
I was on time to class I believe I was on time just about every class and here every day I could be. I did try my best to work through out the block even if the day wasn't good, sometimes it even helped. I worked independently most of the time as well
I would only consider myself a photographer because I'm taking this class because there are so many things I need to improve on. I want to improve my skills in photoshop so everything is clear and seamless. I plan to make my images more compelling and better to look at. I also want to be more confident in my shots and work in photoshop.
There's a lot I want to improve on in second semester. I want to put forth more effort in my work and make sure I turn it in on time. I want to be more positive in my work as well as confident. I want to make sure I keep getting here on time like I did last semester.
